The European Youth Card Program of Aragon is an initiative of the Aragonese Institute of Youth of the Government of Aragon and Ibercaja, which allows young people to enjoy 72,000 advantages and discounts in different services in Aragon, Spain and Europe. It also offers a free travel assistance insurance, and a legal advice service also free of charge. It is available in two modes: classic card (with photo), for young people from 14 to 30 years old, and financial card (Ibercaja bank card), for young people from 14 to 25 years old. Both formats have a cost of € 13.50 and a duration of 2 years. It can be requested at www.carnejoven.es, at any Ibercaja office and at the Program offices located in Zaragoza (Calle Franco y López 4 and Plaza Ángel Sanz Briz 10 local).
